Why don't the pharmacy ever answer their phones. Doesn't matter what day of the week, what time of the day or how many times or even how long you stay on hold, you are never answered!

Very small boots store with a small selection of essentials.Both entries / exits aren't open for some reason, one is blocked off totally.I find the pharmacy part extremely slow. The store is usually understaffed (see photos for proof). Instead of using this boots there is z bigger boots located in Hartlepool close to the Marina which is much bigger and has quicker service.

It was a Sunday so minimal staff so so of Long que three people in front me but I took about waiting before I was able to but 1 item.

Absolutely terrible service. Rude, uninterested staff, never answer the phone - they must be too busy?. Paid £79 for a PCR for travel and it came back 46hrs later and inconclusive, absolute disgrace. I Had to order a rapid PCR for twice the price AND luckily managed to change my flight.

Opening time clearly says 9am on Google. Stood outside at 9am for 20 minutes to be told they won't open for another half an hour because they have no pharmacist. Maybe the pharmacist should get themselves out of bed and be at work on time instead of making their customers late for work. Disgusting service
