Went to put money in the bank today (Saturday) I was waiting in the line to put money in and staff are stood around talking drinking tea/coffee instead of helping customers and when I said one staff member said it coz one of there computers is down

Worst branch / bank ever, can end up spending whole lunch break in the queue waiting to be served and being served because they constantly have computer issues leading to one slow computer working. They don’t report the faults as apparently that takes them 10 mins each time. One lady shut the branch just as approached... read full comment
