“I recently changed from using Asda pharmacy Washington for my meds, my son would pick up for me. Following a suggestion from my Gp's receptionist I changed to Vigo. What a fantastic service and my meds are delivered to my house so I no longer have to rely on my son picking them up. Such a great service, I ordered through my Gp Wed 20 July and delivery was Fri 22 July. a huge thank you Vigo pharmacy for your service, highly recommended”

“I called in on Thursday 3rd November about 3pm to see if they had any flu jabs. A lovely man served me, very polite and knowledgeable, he had one flu jab left. I filled out the form he gave me and was swiftly taken into a room and given my jab. Everything was clean and tidy.Excellent service from this man ✅ thank you so much. Oh”

“It's ideally located with the car park within distance of Morrisons, Iceland and even Wilkinson's. Good shortcut into Chester le Street to other shops. There's still a number of vacant shops in the walkway though. It would be nice to see it full.”

“Efficient pharmacy and they have an automated repeat prescriptions system where you're sent an SMS text when your prescription is ready. They have android / apple pay so you can pay with your phone.”

“Love this store. It's not huge but they stock most things and the staff are lovely. I love to chat with Bev on the No7 counter about skin care needs and what's new, all the pharmacy staff are friendly and helpful and the store manager Laura is both efficient in any crisis or just for asking where something is. Well recommended.”

Just came back to the surgery after moving back. Rang late morning and GP rang me back later in the afternoon! Doctor was brilliant - excellent practice :)”
