Paid for next day delivery with Empress Mills fabric shop, they?ve used this company to deliver. After receiving notification that the driver had attempted delivery at 12:12pm on Saturday, I checked our Google doorbell camera and couldn?t see any evidence they?d even been to the property. Have attempted to get a refund, as I?ve had to wait a further 3 days to get a parcel which I needed straight away, however they have refused. Won?t give me any explanation as to why the driver didn?t deliver citing that it would be dealt with internally. Avoid at all costs. I wish I?d looked at the reviews for this company initially.

Text to say delivery 2.30-4.30 and then 3.45-5.45pm, nothing ever arrived, nobody came to the door. Tracking showed van never moved for hours. Untrustworthy text, website and service. Very unhappy wasted most of the day waiting for nothing. Will be bad for the retailer too sending my parcel. Avoid, do not use APC!

Without a doubt, APC are the WORST delivery company I have ever come across. Nothing but problems with my delivery since before Christmas. Drivers lying claiming they have tried to deliver to a neighbour if I haven't been present, claiming a missed delivery card had been posted through the letter box when I have clear footage showing neither of these to be true from my RING doorbell. Then on top of that, staff at the depot promising a re-delivery attempt and a call back/email to myself to confirm it but that never happened, it has been nothing but me chasing the depot day after day to now find out they have lied all along, that was never going to happen and it has now been returned to the sender. I would highly advise to avoid this company at all costs whether you are a customer or a company considering using the services from APC, avoid at all costs. Horrendous service all round, I couldn't rate it any lower.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Have had 3 different promised delivery days/slots and still waiting for the parcel to be delivered.

Meant to have 7 items delivered got 1 item number 7 of 7 missing first 6 rang up to see where other 6 were for them to blame the seller saying they were late sending the rest when I know the seller and they send it all together because it?s one warehouse and I normally go down to pick up. Told the seller he was fuming staff are full of liars and cost me a £5000 job. If your a business needing next day delivery?s stay away from this company absolute liars and let downs and could end up costing you money

parcel has been sitting in warehouse for 2 days, was promised would get it oday, guess what, no arrival yet again.... waste of time , do not use these, very poorly managed

Absolutely awful company to deal with, they are incompetent, useless and extremely dishonest, told lie after lie to cover their inadequacies, seriously avoid this absolute circus at all costs, they will rip you off !

Failed to deliver a package claiming that no one was in -- there is a 24/7 staffed front desk, so that was a blatant lie, I even checked CCTV and absolutely no attempt to deliver the package was made.Any subsequent attempt to contact the company failed, was kept on the line for 20 minutes before I gave up on trying to contact them.Never did I think there would be a company able to surpass Evri in pure incompetence.

I called at 11am Saturday to be told by a man who did not work for them they must be Finnished they were supposed to close at 11.30 to say I'm furious is an understatement.

The worst delivery service i have ever experienced, 2 weeks later and I still don?t have my parcels that I need urgently. I didn?t even know deliver had been attempted the previous 4 times as there was no card through the door or email saying when it would be delivered.

Aweful. Waited for parcel both times and reception was open too which could've easily taken it in. Still apprently both deliveries had "failed to arrive". Then I have since called 5 times and been hung up on each seperate time (even when I was waiting in the queue for 30minutes beforehand!!). I have also tried to contact them by email, but nothing and it has been weeks since the delivery was attempted.

Driver scanned our parcels and then left them at the depot as they didn?t fit in this van (understandable they didn?t fit but he shouldn?t have scanned them beforehand). The staff were absolutely lovely when we called asking for help.I believe we spoke to someone called Amy who allowed us to come down and collect the items as we needed them quite urgently, two other members of staff carried everything out to me car for me and loaded it up and everyone apologised profusely for the driver?s screw up.

Worst courier I've ever had to deal with. A few problems I've encountered include delivering to the wrong address, delivering to the right address but just giving the door a light knock (its a business, don't just knock on the door, come in!) and attempting to deliver to a business unit after office hours. On every occasion, the guy I've spoken to at the depot just doesn't have the time to speak, rushes you off the phone, blames you for what's gone wrong and expects you to put in the legwork to resolve.

Marked as attempted delivery and card left NOT TRUE! Neither the phone number above nor a different one on a pdf the sender sent me are recognised. terrible reviews just keep piling up for this courier
