Waste of time. I contacted this pharmacy on the phone to ask if my daughter's prescription was ready. The person on the other end of the phone evaded giving a definite answer because she didn't go and look. She just said, I should imagine so and there shouldn't be any reason it wouldn't be..I went to the store and was ignored, even though the server had seen me standing there with my children. I walked away from the shop as I was already losing patience. When I returned, however, I was seen promptly. I can only imagine that the gentleman who was being served ahead of me had said something. Thankfully the prescription was ready.

Terrible, dangerous experience trying to get your prescription filled from this chemist. They have only filled my prescription in full on about 3 occasions in many, many attempts. As I wear 7 day, opiod, painkiller patches this is medical ineptitude. Now forcing me into opiod withdrawal which comes with dangerous symptoms like tachycardia. Also once you go through this enforced withdrawal your painkiller is less effective in the future because you build up a higher tolerance. Not that any other chemist's are any better, they are all hazardous to your long term health. This is because they are dispensing medications that you cannot just stop taking, you need to be weaned from them but you don't get that option because phoning every chemist in this area yields the same "We haven't got them" response".Dispensing medications that cannot just be stopped should come with a level of responsibility that no pharmacist in this country is capable of perceiving much less caring about.

After 8 and a bit years with this Pharmacy after to experience I've had to move to another Pharmacy, They've removed every way they can to contact you when your prescription ready l, Text and Email where used previously and today I had an extra prescription issued to me after an accident, NOT MY 4 WEEKLY 12 ITEM REGULAR PRESCRIPTION, So with me been bed bound I phoned and ask if my extra prescription had arrived to which I was told we won't confirm over the phone if a prescription has arrived and been processed, I explain that I'm laid up and a relative was traveling from Stockton to Billingham to pick up the prescription and this was her reply. I've heard this all before and I won't be telling you if it ready, If you or your relative comes and it's not here then you'll have go home and come back the next day and Like I Said I'm bed bound ATM My reply was simple send the prescription back to my doctors and I'll get it to sent to Tesco Pharmacy, She asked my Name & Address and Confirmed she'd sent the prescription back to the doctor's, It took her 30 seconds to do that and without realising she'd confirm it was there, So I phone my Doctor and the Receptionist give me the prescription order bar code and said just pop in and they'll issue u it there and then, But I got a Surprise 15 minutes after my phone call from Tesco Pharmacy and they said the surgery had rang and sent a prescription straight over and it was ready to pick up and if my relative wasn't available the Pharmacist was willing to pop it to mine on his way home.. I guess Big National Pharmacy Companies respect there Customers more than a what was a Community Pharmacy, If Management read this I've got a recording of the conversation I had with your employee and I'm Gladdy send you it if requested, you'll have to sign for it to be release by the company I use, All to do with Data protection I'm afraid

Fantastic service with a smile, always friendly and helpful, pharmacist's are all professional and knowledgeable, it makes a big difference when the staff remember your name and what your needs are when you walk into the chemist to collect your prescriptions. Parking can be a little chaotic but I've always got parked as the service is a quick turnaround so by the time you pull up someone is getting in there car to go. 5? ? highly recommend to anyone looking for a great all-round health service and pharmacy.
