Wow! Amazing staff! I only went in to deposit a check and a member of staff (Mel) not only helped me out and showed me an easier way to do it, she also took the time to talk me through savings & investments. Very impressed and I will definitely be putting the information she gave me to good use!

Went in with a problem floor staff said "do this and its fixed" even though i said i was advised to see an actual banker and got shoved out the door . I then realised the person did this because the store was due to shut in 10 minutes and didnt want me to over stay as it was friday and now its not open till monday so thank you incompetent shop floor staff

Went their today to deposit some money and because their was a queue a member of staff showed me how to use the cash deposit machine instead she was very helpful and saved me loads of time would recommend to anyone to use if you live in the area.

Rating should be zero but cannot put that, had problem yesterday. Due to covid wanted to transfer cash from yb to Halifax told by staff outside had to use machine outside. Machine would not allow deposits therfore went back in queue, staff member told me I could not go in bank and was rude and aggressive telling me to go home. I asked how then do I pay this money in, told you never told me that in a raised voice saying you told me lt was a transfer, I asked as a pension should I take it home and put it in the draw. Eventually went in and made deposit asked for manager staff went away and said she's on phone and she will ring later. Manager phoned today and contradicted this and herself totally unprofession behaviour just seems defend staff even wrong

The staff are unkind. Itâ??s like they donâ??t wAnt to help you . Is it there job . Itâ??s like why work there if your miserable. Never known anywhere like it . Iâ??ve moved bank anyway ....

Monday morning. Only wanted to make a small deposit. Queue out of the door. Only one cashier open. Customer in front taking forever making multiple deposits on the self serve machine only for that to mess up. No pens or envelopes even to make a deposit.
