Order a carpet last week to be delivered today. Got a text yesterday to give me a delivery slot of 3hrs (8.36am-11.36am). Been waiting in since 8am and well past delivery time, no sign of the carpet. Called the office to be told they cant get hold of the driver and from the looks of his route he has already driven past my house!!! No telephone call, no knock on the door or ring of the bell, nobody even showed up at the address!!!! Robin in the office then proceeds to tell me that pretty much there is nothing that can be done, only to reschedule! I have fitters coming in tomorrow and needed it today! Horrendous customer service and delivery service! Will never use them again and certainly will never recommend them!
