Absolutely hopeless. I was pre-advised a parcel delivery by Royal Mail 48 service for a time when I was not going to be home to receive it. But no worries, their text message gives a link that allows you to reschedule the delivery to another day. We'll at least that is the theory. But no, they have taken it out for delivery today, and I have just had a message to say that it's been delivered with a photo of it leaning up against my front door for anyone to see that there is no one home??.

We desperately needed our parcel but missed it by 5 minutes, the man in the sorting office gave us the route of the driver so we could try and track him down.Unfortunately we couldn?t find him but on arriving back at our holiday lodge, the parcel was there! He must have heard how much we needed it and made an extra trip to bring it! We are SO grateful!!!! Absolutely THE BEST customer service EVER ??

Even when I am first inline I always end up waiting and the time on the web page clearly stated that the post office is open until 7 pm. When I drove out to the post office at 6:10 pm it was closed. I pressed the bell and a man told me that it is closed and the times were on the door. It would be great if it could be updated on the website too.
