“BLU: Absolutely 5 stars.I usually visit the Weymouth Clarks shop every few months to buy my Granddaughter's shoes. My Granddaughter is 5 years old, has autism, is semi verbal and is a magical little lady who knows what she'd like!! On a few occasions now, we have been served by Blu. I can honestly say that Blu is also a magical lady, who connects seemlessly with my Granddaughter, is patient, calm and importantly, listens to my Granddaughter's communication. This really means so much.Amongst various shoes from on the shelves being picked up and tried on, cuddles, and several moments of distraction, Blu always manages to acknowledge my Granddaughter's choices with kindness and talks clearly and gently about the shoes that may fit better, giving my Granddaughter the time she needs to adjust to each suggestion. Blu is so helpful, calm and polite, and because of this I feel able to relax. (Which in itself has great value!)Before we leave, our interractions with other staff members are also very lovely. My Granddaughter is always spoken to and acknowledged.Without fail, we always leave the shop very happy and to me, knowing my Granddaughter is truly happy because she's had a positive experience, is priceless. It really is so much more than 'just a pair of shoes' (although I'm confident they'll fit perfectly!!) and that is because of Blu. She's absolutely brilliant. Thank you so much Blu. xx”

“Great spring & summer offering throughout store departments, good standards too. But disappointed at the high cost of their suitcases, and did not buy as had hoped to. Now returns/exchanges are 14 day, which they are hilighting, receipts essential, which is understandable. Staff pleasant & helpful.”
