Had a screw stuck in my tyre, turned up when they opened and got seen straight away. Repair was initially done but then realised there was a small gouge in the tyre so actually needed replacing. Replacement was done really quickly and customer service was very friendly so would recommend to others.

Very disappointed with the experience I got from this garage..I first went to see if they could fix an exhaust hanger for me. The mechanic came out had a look and wobbled my exhaust around.. was nice enough to tell me where to get one though. On starting my car the engine light came on. My grandson went back inside and explained that before the exhaust was moved the engine light was not on.. but the mechanic said he would see to it when I took my car in with the hanger..So I returned a few days later with the hanger which he fitted? But said my car would need a diagnostic test? which would be £45 but could not do it until the following day. Next day I take my car to have the diagnostic test.. the lady at the garage came into the reception area and said all done? I asked for my car keys she said the car is out the front they left it running.. I drove home no engine light. Next morning I went to go out? the engine light was on, so again I return to the garage. They gave me another diagnostic test.. this time with a fault they said they could not do. But referred me to Wool and Bovington Garage saying they had better equipment up there.. Along I went?booked in an appointment. When my grandson came back from holiday I told him I wasn?t sure if I was getting charged or not.. so he phoned them for me they said although they both trade under Ford they had different owners.. When I was lead to believe by the Bridge garage they were part and parcel of Ford? In my view not a garage I would recommend.

I highly recommend using this garage. They?ve been outstanding in dealing with my husband?s car while he?s away, and they all go above and beyond in every aspect of their services. An all round good bunch of people, thankyou so much!

The staff there were so helpful, tried to do everything they could to get me back on the road again following a nasty kerb dent to my steel wheel.
