Wanted a mini valet. The bloke was more interested in his phone and when I asked how much a valet inside and a wash out was he just pointed at the pricelist. I am partially deaf and his two colleagues just laughed at me so I told them not to bother. So rude.

went to get the £30 valet done as i needed interior cleaning due to selling my car, the guy came up to me and told me it was £40 even though i?d already cleaned the car i just wanted the little nooks and hard to reach bits cleaned out, when i questioned this he just shrugged his shoulders, i just turned around and left, rude staff trying to overcharge customers

Amazing service this morning, the guys here are so polite and helpful. For 7.50 I got the triple foam wash and dry, car looks like brand new, will definitely be coming back :)

Extremely rude staff, left inside of car dirty. No cleaning of door pockets, none of interior had been wiped down at all. Very unprofessional.Usually no complaints but can?t believe how much the experience and standard has changed. Will not return.

Horrendous!! Ignored and ushered with a hand signal as i must of disturbed them detailing a high end car....paid for diamond wax and only got triple shampoo, get to end and no chamois curtains...just empty hooks floating around. Get home park up and see still have bird poo on car, and worse than that have loads of scratches down drivers side with rotation pattern.....would give 0 stars but google wont allow itService: Car waxing

Great friendly service, busy operation but smash through the cars quick enough, couple of pre wash treatments too!No problems accepting my voucher, which isn't always the case elsewhere....Car came out clean enough on a triple wash. Thank you guys at IMO....

This was not a nice experience at all at this car wash and I certainly won't be returning to this one in a hurryThe staff never acknowledged me when I arrived just glared at me I accidently click on the wrong offer on my phone when I quered price the guy became very aggressive when I got annoyed he told me not to shout (I raised my voice because of the way he spoke to me) when I found the offer I needed his whole attitude changed and he was over nice I'm not very impressed with the clean of the car at the endI will certainly be sticking to the Fareham Branch as the staff there are much nicer

Nice car wash for a quick maintenance clean but nothing serious. Fancy lights and logo projection on the windscreen keep you entertained as you go throughOnly downside are other motorists as I had to watch someone get stuck several times in front of me for not reading the obvious signs. Car in neutral, wipers off and turn off auto handbrake. Not that hard. No fault of ARC but still reflects in the whole experience for me.
