Always a pleasure to shop here! The staff never rush you and are always friendly and helpful. Tonight the staff went above and beyond and absolutely made my day! Big thank you to these two lovely ladies!

We ppped in to buy Coke Lemon which is newly released so we took a trolley to avoid carrying it. We couldn't find what we were looking for so we left the trolley in the trolley bay in the cafe. There was a lady staff member following us around and talking to security about us. We picked up a packet of Welsh cakes because they looked decent and was asked by the security guard if we wanted a basket to which I replied "not for one item I dont". Very weird atmosphere and felt like we were being watched. It smelt really bad in the store. The car park is awful and has lots of puddles. Staff look so miserable and bored. Don't recommend and won't be visiting again.

Amazing beer selection and the sturdiest carrier bags of all the supermarkets. Weird layout though.

Good food sensibly priced.

Large and good selection of foods, drinks, household items etc which supermarkets stock. Not been in this branch for many years and found the layout and location of goods very confusing. Was looking for a chocolate advent calendar which was not in sweets or chocolate section or in stationery, they are in the soft drinks section. Of course they are! Needed a coffee afterwards to help me relax.

Waitrose is the only true disability accessible supermarket I have encountered. we have Parkstone, Winton and Wimborne all 3 have safe undercover car parks. Trolleys are on hand and do not require a coin which for me is my most vulnerable time after my shopping done, I am exhausted so returning the trolly to get my coin is when I am most scared of falling, Waitrose understand that not all of us have carers to help. The prices are actually not much dearer than Tesco infact I find they are the same and often cheaper. Don't believe the hype that they are dearer, used to be, but no longer. I get more bargains in Waitrose than I do in Tesco, Sainsbury's etc and the quality is so much better. Shout out to James the trolley man and David who is in-store both really make my day as so friendly. Goods are also more morally and ethically sourced and created so if a tiny bit dearer it is worth it. They make the best yum yums of all the supermarkets. Staff are super helpful and nothing is ever to much trouble unlike other places.

everything here is perfect but the blonde short-hair lady who looks tiny little being racist to Asian. She always makes difficulties, not happy to help and speaks rudely to us, (not only me, my family and Asian's friends have the same problem) but she has completely different behavior to white people! Please be fair to everyone! (waitrose ashley road, poole)

Great supermarket. We are lucky to have this on Ashley Road and within walking distance of our house. I am in there several times a week and nearly always get exactly what I need although yes it is slightly more expensive then othersupermarkets. You get what you pay for though!
