a couple of the staff are so rude, i went in recently and it was an older women at the till who completely ignored me for a while and when she acknowledged me she was cold and impatient for no reason. i did go in today though and a lady with a fringe was very lovely so it?s very hit and miss with who?s working that day

If I could give no stars then I would. Two separate transaction issues due to faulty machines which can happen and I understand that. But my main issue is the total lack of support and disgusting could not care less attitude from the Manageress which is shocking! This has been my local for 25 years. I have never had an issue before with any member of staff and would certainly not expect such a flippant, could not care less attitude from management! The manageress has now barred me from the shop because I dared to complain to her about the lack of support i'd received! I've had no apology, no care, no support, just 'there's nothing I can do' when two monetary transactions have gone wrong in the space of a few weeks leaving me out of pocket and with no electric! She wouldn't even so much as offer any support at all by giving me any contact details for Morrisons customer services and paypoint where she was palming me off to. I am a manager myself of a very large cosmetic company and we would never treat our customers in this way! Her attitude is appalling and so condescending. Totally on some sort of power trip! Since speaking with other customers this seems to be the general opinion of her but sadly now so many locals who rely on this local corner store in our community are now forced to shop elsewhere! This store with this attitude is not welcome and not needed in our community. We want a store with staff that actually care with the right people skills!Staff and Managers that put the customers and community FIRST as a PRIORITY!A manager that can handle customer payments, complaints, returns and refunds not fob off customers without a care whilst smiling at them to add insult to injury. A manager who has an understanding of the importance of the role that the store plays in supporting the local community instead of offending and rebuking customers are then barring community members when they complain of the poor service! Shocking!!!We want a local shop that makes us feel valued and appreciated as customers. Where the customer experience is the best in the market as Morrisons claim to be so that it's a great place to shop as it once was!This store manager could not care less and spends more time talking over customers, arguing with them in a self righteous manner, not even listening to the customer trying to explain! Not interested in helping and supporting to resolve issues due to machines malfunctioning leaving the customer without money and electric. It's no wonder with that attitude that staff morale is low and customers are now choosing to shop elsewhere! Business is now booming for the alternative shop around the corner.

This so called shop is a joke.The post office is constantly closed so inconvenient. Today Sunday at 8.45 10 customers waiting at the door some knocking and calling out.Door locked and no explanation why it was closed. The staff when it is open are miserable and treat you like you are an inconvenience.

Good place to get a snack such as crisps and sweets. They also have a good meal deal.

One of the required 'skillsets' for working here must be to have no manners and to go out of your way to be as rude and miserable as possible. Been that way for years.I can only recall two workers (who are no longer there) who've been reasonably approachable and demonstrated fair service.If morrisons didn't hire them, I can't imagine anyone else with sense would.I will do whatever it takes to not used that shop, which is rediculous because I have to use precious expensive petrol to drive off somewhere else just to avoid going in there instead...!That's bad. That's REALLY bad.Long story short... If I had to use one word to sum up the people who 'serve' you in here it would be: INTIMIDATING

Claire helped me in a time of need by going above and beyond to help. She went out of her way to help me and service like that is rare so I really hope she gets the recognition she deserves. (Hope you liked the heroes!) thank you

its a really good place for getting the little things like some milk or some sweets for the kids and the staff are really nice and helpful

Staff have a bad attitude, everything's to much trouble for them, they are normally outside the shop smoking in the doorway, and treat customers as an incovinience.

Our goto shop for sending off parcels and letters. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The shop has a Post office covering late hours: Thank you for that - the service is great.
The shop has everything from alcohol to the odd fruit/veg. Great when you did forget something from the big shop.
