The layout of the diesel pump was confusing, with inadequate signage that could easily lead to accidental refueling with premium diesel instead of regular diesel. Furthermore, the staff exhibited rudeness, and a significant portion of the shelves were disappointingly empty.

Staff member was on his phone. Did not speak to me through the whole process. Very disappointed.

Worst customer service ever!!!. Staffs so rude and unhelpful. Came to collect and return parcels from Yodel, the guy called Ratheeth (?) said the printer doesn't work so you can't print the label even though on Yodel site you can there. Parcel status is delivered but apparently Yodel hasn't send a code to collect it? The guy was swearing saying they don't want to do Yodel services that in the shop so why not remove your shop from the service so people don't waste their time???

Do not use this place, car wash caused damage to vehicle, ripped off wing mirrors and MFG who operate this garage refused any liability despite the staff at the garage witnessing the damage. Strongly suggest avoiding this place especially using car wash.

Rude staff! Only one man serving, he was dealing with the car wash when there was a queue of people waiting to pay. When he came back in, no apology! NOTHING!! very rude if you ask me. Will not be returning...
