Excellent pharmacy. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. They seem to go out of their way to get to know their customers by name and nothing is ever too much trouble when asking for medication advice. I always have total confidence in this pharmacy!

Friendly staff but twice my prescription wasn't done because they didn't have the brand on the prescription...said they'd emailed GP surgery but hadn't had a reply. GP said they'd received no query (and GP is a few doors away from Chemist ... just pop in and ask at reception Lloyds pharmacy!). I've changed to another pharmacy that's more proactive, but went to collect a relative's prescription tonight after work as advertised as open until 6.30pm, note on the door, closed at 5.15pm because of staff shortages ... UPDATE THE WEBSITE !!! Checked opening hours before I went after work so not happy at all!

Always friendly and helpful despite being busy, even when they?ve had products out of stock they came up with a replacement suited to my skin! They also send text reminders when your medication is ready which is really helpful as I often forget ?
