I popped in today to get a few bits and I easily found everything I was after, at really good prices, and I wanted to give a special shout out to the two staff who were on shift as they were fantastic, really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this shop!

Very dissapointed purchased a paw patrol age 3 balloon for my grandson for delivery. Given several days notice took my money, NOT CHEAP. it's now nearly 4pm on the day of his birthday and NO balloon. NOT RELIABLE,. one very dissapointed little boy.

I'm giving this store 4 stars because it's prices give good value for money. They have a good selection of gift items at great prices. But they lose the fifth star for poor customer service. When I asked where something was I just got ' over there' with a pointed finger.
