Excellent customer services.I rather stupidly ordered my items to collect from the wrong Screwfix store. The guy at the service counter sorted out a new order and a refund on the other one and had it picked and in front of me with zero wait time.Can't really get much better than that!

Excellent service from ordering online to picking up at the Ferndown branch. The young lad was very helpful as i wanted a certain size nail and he was more than happy to check the stock for me.
