I went to sports direct today looking for the new England women world cup kit. I found that yes they advertised it but did not sell it. Why would you advertise something you do not sell? It also gets worse, I asked a women who worked there if they would be would be getting any in . She did not really know what I was talking about and didn't really care. Overall it was not the best experienced like if something is up and coming you should teach your staff about it!!

Could do with more staff on till as the cues are very long and slow and on 2 people on the tills. Annoying when you're in a hurry.

first thing i hear when i walk into store is the manager being rude to one of his employees, not need to talk down to someone the way he was at all, especially on the shop floor, disgraceful behaviour and rude man

Bought shoes from them, only wore once, the shoe was broken, the bottom was leaking. The stuff refused return or exchange. Their excuse is because I wore them. If I don?t wear them, how do I know they are faulty? Be careful to shopping there, if you unluckily buy a faulty product from them, high chance is you never get your money back.

Absolute shambles. Needed a pair of trainners for my daughter. Asked to try at least a dozen different shoes only one option in stock, that was the one on the shelf. Very limited choice in this store.

Slowest service ever. Keep people waiting even if there are ques.Just put more people on the tills, plenty of staff around.Doesn't help when you hear a member of the staff loudly complaining that they hate working here.
