Just needs to be resourced properly. 30 minutes to post a parcel with just 2 staff on. No wonder people are using other companies. Management must look at this and resource it properly.

Absolutely first rate service every single visit. Without doubt the friendliest staff I've ever encountered at a Post Office anywhere in the country.I would not take my business anywhere else.Staff are patient when posting multiple items, they give really useful advice on the most appropriate service and take the time to ensure you have the right level of insurance coverage for items sent.Even if you are simply sending a single letter you can expect a friendly welcome and service with a smile (and often some useful local knowledge).I simply do not understand how anyone could give this team a bad review, from my experince they define great customer service.

The staff are always so kind and helpful at this post office and they seem to offer quite a wide range of services.

Agree with Fiddyparts review tried to send a parcel and they quoted £15 where Royal Mail click and drop was £6.50. Apparently it's my fault because their more expensive price was based on sending higher value item (although they didn't explain that to me until after). Lady working at Burton Post Office told me she doesn't get paid for click and drop so it's not worth her doing it anyway. Great service here!

Very rude and judgemental of what you look like, Stood in the que and heard an old lady get given a expensive price for a parcel which she didnt send, advised her on her way out the post office to use parcel 2 go as they do good rates (doing my bit to help out while we are all having tight times with money during this covid situation) to be spoken to very rudely and also spoken down to with comments like "well we are self employed so you wouldnt understand" Yes im young, yes i dress like a young person maybe a yobo or a chav or what ever name you wish to call it (yet i am self employed and i run my own bike parts company) I will state i did not raise my voice, say rude comments, call names, nothing just tried to help out my local community. This was the owner who spoke like this which i think is worse than an employee saying or speaking like i was spoken to as they should know better !

Came here today after my local village post office unexpectedly closed early. Brilliant friendly staff and easy parking very pleased :)
