If there was an option for 10 Stars, then that's what I'd give them. This SA shop is most definitely one of the best in the UK. Well stocked and really friendly and helpful staff. The biltong is probably the nicest in the UK! There is no cheap or quick visits here. You WILL need to ensure you take in just the right amount you intend on spending in CASH if you need to budget or be able to say 'no' to something you dont really need. Or you blink and you're tapping the plastic for a £200 spend when you only went for a box of Pronutro!!! Trust me it's a fact! Honestly.

Big selection but asked for medium biltong and it was incredibly dry unfortunately and very salty

Nice choice of South African goodies like Ouma Rusks, atchar, green fig preserve, chutneys and chilli sauces. Prices quite reasonable.

Please let?s not have a repeat of the poor customer service we had yesterday Saturday 21 October 2023 when only one young lady was serving and doing all the work while the shop was inundated with customers. I was one of the customers who decided to remain in the long queue while noticing a few customers leaving the shop without purchasing anything. Is that the correct way to treat customers especially prior to a game of rugby where South Africa is playing against England? Please hire more help for this coming Saturday when the Springboks play against the All Blacks. We South Africans love watching our team especially if we can feast on biltong and dröe wors.
