Phoned on 8th Dec 2021 to ask if ONE SHOT drain cleaner was in stock, the answer was yes, went there the following day and the man on the counter refused to sell it to me because I didn't have an account, he never told me this when I phoned so it was a waste of my time. I have been a gas safe engineer since 1984 , I didn't know that having an account at a plumbers merchant made it alright for you to buy something that they consider dangerous.
