“Whilst spending a view days in Christchurch, I faced a mini emergency when the arm of my glasses came away from the frame. I popped into Specsavers, and Sally, a very friendly assistant, was incredibly helpful, took my glasses and within 30 minutes, had them back, fully functionally! I was so appreciative of Sally's help. Really top notch service. All assistants had a friendly disposition and the shop was bright and clean.”

Last year I become seriously ill, and I cannot thank her enough for the support she has shown every time I have communicated with her asking for help and advice on medications ? etc. There is also a young lady with brown long hair who works there, shes also very helpful! (Don't know your name sorry).I've had a few comments made to myself from other staff there which I won't name. But some of the staff need some training on appropriate communication to customers.”
