Popped in on NYD, even though it was busy, the staff were quick to clean tables, greet, and serve. Can't fault.Kid-friendliness: Games can be found on the bookshelves.

OK for a drink but the atmosphere was lacking somewhat (on a Thursday night), since there was just our party and one other group in the whole place. We didn't eat.The big sofa/couch ought to be replaced since it's all but collapsed!

Our breakfast order wasnt ready after an hours wait, so had to chase it. It got mixed up. The staff apolgised and that was fine. But beans were cold, bread unbuttered. And £35 for 2 breakfasts is extortionate. Won't be going again.

Average, Average and Average. They didn't do anything bad but its noisy, extremely cold. The staff are happy to leave the back door wide open every time they go out creating an icy breeze while you are eating. Food is Average to poor. Chips are just warm and you find yourself checking if their burgers are properly cooked through. Not good really. But it's cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. This is probably the worst of the Lounges though. There are others in the Bournemouth area worth checking out ahead of this one.Sorry guys, you have just got to do better.Dietary restrictions: Good Gluten Free choice, just poorly cooked.

Lovely place and parking is easy as it's near to a public car park . The food was lovely and at a great price. Alcohol was a bit pricey. Table service great. Will definitely visit again.

They had all the bi fold doors open and windows and it was not a warm day, felt like I couldn't fully enjoy my meal as I was cold. My friend ls got their food and drinks fairly quickly but was a bit of a delay in ours even though we ordered beforehand and had less hot food.

Waiter touching his shoes, then serving our food, chef moving food on plates with bare hands, then another staff member did the same, moving chips from one container to another, on same order. Not impressed by hygiene standards.

This has been our go-to place for Sunday breakfast for years. Such a shame to see it's standards go down so much that we will be looking for a new place. On ordering I was advised that there was at least 30 min wait so we knew they were busy. When the food arrived it was not even luke warm, the Muffin had been replaced with a slice of bread (they could have told as at point of ordering) and the egg was slimy. We sent one dish back as it was cold. The pancakes were overcooked. We paid £15 a head for this experience, so really not good value for money. Standards have been slipping for a while but sadly this experience will push us to find somewhere new next time

Busy place - somewhat mass production, part of a chain, but very good. Service quick and efficient from young staff; food good. One of our number ordered a soup which she found far too spicey for her taste - an alternative was immediately offered without fuss.

We love this place. Such lovely food, attention to detail, kind staff and interesting decor, with games available to play if you want to! A real oasis.

We came here for brunch because the menu looked delicious. We had the shakshuka, poached eggs with Chorizo, and pancakes with berries. Great flavours, but a couple of small disappointments: poached eggs were over cooked and the flatbread was rock hard. But we enjoyed our meal overall. No kids options, so quite pricey as had to order adult portions. The atmosphere was chilled and staff were friendly.

Could 100% be a nice place. But the price doesn't match the quality of food at all. I got the lunchtime deal with the panini and soup, neither one was very good. The panini wasn't toasted, just warm and the soup was just watery tomatos. We also got the Sausage & Egg Breakfast Muffin. This was just rubbish, it was one sausage, a microwaved egg and two/three slices of cheap cheese. It took a whike to arrive considering what it was. The person who brought us our food seemed to be the only one actually doing any work. They asked if we wanted any sauces and we said yes, he never came back with them because he then had to move on to another table. Despite being 2 other visible members of staff sitting around. We also had a dirty mug left at our table as we were told to sit wherever, it wasn't removed untill after we left, despite people collecting other glasses.
