All the staff are so nice and have been especially outstanding during the temporary accommodation they've been working with while waiting for their new premises to be finished. My dog also thinks this is the best post office ever. It really is one of the very best places in Broadstone to shop.

Have always rated this Post Officers never had issues until todayphoned to question a potential missing passport. I have never been spoken to so rudely on the phone! I appreciate itâ??s a busy time and these things sometimes happen. I was not argumentive... merely questioning what happens now! The lady on the phone was aggressive, dismissive not impressed at all ð???

Great little post office. Very friendly and patient staff.
The space itself could be improved. Requires more parking and more room inside. Also a duster would be quite busy going through as well.

Well staffed and without exception, the best customer service one could wish for in a local Post Office. Not only that but all dogs receive a friendly welcome and a biscuit treat. Paddy (my dog) gives it a high five.
