Service was slow we had to ask for everything no one seemed to be looking after our table very very rare I don't leave a tip but lack of attention given to order and the fact one of our party had to leave without desert was ridiculous given staff were more interested in cleaning and chatting behind counter.

We were looked after by Laura, who was cheerful and helpful, got everything right for us.We all enjoyed our meals, my pasta was tasty but bit too al dente for me, prawns starter very special. We?ll be back soon!

Had a meal here with friends. Tablets food, couldn't even cut through the garlic bread bomb as it was so hard. Had the brisket dish...where was the brisket it wasn't in our food. And the service was awful. We waited 20 mins for someone to come to our table. The waitress was talking whilst serving us but not to us. When we asked for salt we were given an empty salt cellar twice. And felt we were rushed to eat our food and leave. We had a lovely big tip put to one side as it was a Xmas work do, but we spent it elsewhere as didn't feel our experience was a pleasant one. We ended up at Wetherspoons and ate there later in the evening. We won't be back I'm afraid to say. Zizi you really let us down.

Really enjoyed this pre-Christmas family meal here. The food was as good as we've come to expect, the ambience good, and our server, Laura, was an excellent host. Strongly

My family and I recently celebrated Christmas at Zizzi in Bournemouth, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. With a group of 23 of us, we were thrilled with how smoothly everything went.Booking Process: From the moment I made the reservation online, the assistant manager reached out to confirm our booking and discuss preorders. She was incredibly supportive, accommodating changes and ensuring that our orders were just right. Her attention to detail and responsiveness made us feel valued even before we stepped foot in the restaurant. The Big Day: On the day of our celebration, the Zizzi team truly shone. The food arrived exactly as ordered, and the staff had a remarkable system in place. Each dish was delivered to the right person without any confusion. It?s no small feat to manage a large group, but they did it with finesse.Friendly and Patient: The team?s friendliness and patience stood out. They made sure everyone felt welcome and attended to our needs promptly. Whether it was dietary preferences or special requests, they handled it all with a smile. In summary, Zizzi in Bournemouth exceeded our expectations. Everything went perfectly, and we left with full hearts (and full bellies). If you?re looking for a place to celebrate with family or friends, Zizzi is the perfect choice. Kudos to the entire team for making our Christmas gathering memorable! ???

I ordered the salmon carbonate, apparently freshly cooked, the food arrived before my drink literally 3 mins from order to table, absolutely no way freshly cooked, to add to my dining experience throughout the pizza chef was wiping his nose on his apronCompletely revolting experience, please explain to the chef tissues and hand washing plus his pizza paddle isn't some ninja stick to be swirled around like a batonAvoid avoid avoid

Me and my wife had our first visit here yesterday and got to say it was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they got you to your table and took our orders very efficiently also getting your food to your table in no time at at all.The food was delicious and tasted great and gave you the taste of Italy ?? on your plate being honest couldnt get enough of it!.Same with drinks they came out very quickly and you had a alot of choice with soft drinks and alcoholic or if you wanted tea/coffee or water. When the bill came we had downloaded the zizzi app which gave us discounts on a main meal and a starter which was garlic bread which brought our bill down to £48.Would definitely recommend downloading the app as the discounts help with the bill, also you get points which will help with more discounts.Definitely give zizzi a go you will enjoy it!Dietary restrictions: They do check on food allergys when you order so they will recommend the dishes you can have.Parking: There is a car park at Richmond Hill which is ncp and charges which isn't to far from the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: They are very kid friendly with a birthday on the go at the time and bought out ice cream and other party food while we were there.Wheelchair accessibility: You could definitely get a wheelchair in there plenty of room for it to fit.

A wonderful experience to celebrate our son's Graduation meal. Service and food first class. It's a family friendly restaurant, so don't expect quiet dining, but no problems. Also, they cater to food allergies extremely well.

This marked our third visit, this time to celebrate my birthday. Each experience surpasses the last. The service is exceptional, and the staff, who go above and beyond, are truly amazing. We chose to sit outside with our dog and were warmly attended to by Martha, whose vibrant energy made the experience even more enjoyable. As a chef myself, I'm notoriously hard to please, but every dish we tried was absolutely divine. Kudos to the chef, and a big thank you to Martha for being awesome.Vegetarian options: Vegan& vegeterian

We arrived here, was told we can not sit outside and have food, in spite of the fact people were outside having food which isn?t a problem but the way we were told was so rude and abrupt left me feeling unsure of the service there.Ordered cocktails - I expected my strawberry daiquiri to have crushed ice but instead was with just ice, a stick of rosemary and an overly sweet juice.Ordered starter with skewer of prawns and Aioli. Starter came out, was missing Aioli so I asked again, asked a third time and was still left waiting. I went up to the counter to wait and ask the fourth time by which point starter was cold. The prosciutto and salami was hot and tough, the tomatoes tasted a bit off, the olives were seeded and bland, bruschetta was soggy. Throughly disappointed. When the Aioli came out we tried it and we?re baffled as it tasted like sour cream, not Aioli (we travel round Italy a couple of times a year for years). I asked the waitress if there is a confusion, she told me it was indeed Aioli and do I want a fresh one, I said no, she immediately turned away and rushed off. After that we decided to cancel the main course and leave, all the staff we dealt with seemed very rude and uninviting, they made no attempt to ask if everything was okay or why we wanted to leave so suddenly. The food was terrible, we didn?t want to see how the main courses were and the cocktails were also very bad.Wouldn?t come here again, wouldn?t recommend. Waste of £36 for two drinks and a starter.
