I've joined TSB for the switch incentive. Why not, we live in a crisis (only for the working class!). Every visit to the branch in Boscombe is a futile exercise in nearly begging the tellers to take my cash in. They have the facility for cash deposits, but I have had to use a broken record sales method to insist on going to a counter. Condescending and dismissing attitude to customers, especially to foreigners, like Eastern Europeans. Not directly rude only by an inch. We do bring profits to companies and banks, please respect us like we respect you.Would be one star if it wasn't for a male teller, who was very polite and helpful. I need to figure out what days he's on and only go there then.

Donna at TSB Boscombe was especially helpful in sorting out the final funeral bill payment and closing my late Father's account today. She was compassionate and I felt that she really cares about the community and her customers. Many thanks

Should be zero star.Worst bank for business account.Their internet banking & App are full of faults.Very strange bank with strange set up.When I pay something by Debit card, the bank keeps the payment pending for days. Causing problems for my business.Customer service & their complaints department are none existent!Not recommended for private or business account.

TSB bank - Boscombe branch.Poor customer Service. In fact disastrous customer service.The service at this bank is a total disaster.They have one foreign lady cashier (the one with black hair ) who doesn?t understand anything.Unable to do her jobShe can?t even add up!Everything has to be repeated to her 10 times.She is making her own Rules as she goes along instead of following TSB BANK?s policy.I have been banking for many years. Never heard her Rules before!The queue is outside the door for the obvious reason the cashier is not able to do her job.I was waiting for 30 minutes to get served. I saw the customer before me was very angry as his request was not fulfilled by the same cashier due to the Rules she has invented herself!!!Stressful day visiting TSB Bank in Boscombe.I have business account with other banks as well never experienced so much problems for a basic service.Do they have a branch manager???

The SPanish/Italian cashier is rude & unprofessional. She was telling me off for going to the branch after 12 on Friday!When I asked her the reason she said because her colleague is on her lunch.Sent one of my staff to the branch later on that day, she told him off as well as why has he gone to the bank on that afternoon because I have been there earlier that day!She is also inventing her own set of rules. Not sure if she had any training as a cashier but she doesn?t know her job!

I went there to transfer some money to my solicitor on Saturday. Staffs were nice, especially Laura, she was really amazing and helpful.

Very rude staff. I was met with a clerical error which caused an awful lot of grief, when I spoke to the woman who had completed the transaction and she admitted her fault, she pretty well just laughed at me. It was disgusting. Definitely not a bank to use!

The teller asked me to remove my motorcycle helmet so she could get a clear image of me on cctv. I explained there's no point as I was wearing a hat and face covering under my helmet so it makes no difference. She said its so she can get a "clear image of me on cctv". There's very little difference between wearing a mask and beanie to helmet - either way you can't see my face.Management didn't seem to care that I had to potentially expose myself to covid to remove a helmet for no reason other than "its company policy".

Karen Bennett is amazing. There have been lots of well known issues with TSB IT systems, and we faced some when opening up my new student account. Karen persisted with a smile and fought my corner! Glad to say everything is open and working, highly recommend the customer service here, helpful, friendly and to the point !
