I stayed at this Travelodge as I needed to be near the hospital. So disappointed. It was extremely expensive for such a basic room. No extras at all. Simply a bed shower and kettle. The whole place needs an update. Bed was very comfy though. I've stayed at a Travelodge on several occasions but never been so let down.Noteworthy details: It's very near the main road and hospital which can be noisy. Windows are very soundproof fortunately when closed

What a depressing place. Rooms need a total revamp, clean but very tired. Communal corridor area smelt awful. Reception were great and check in was seamless.

I was slightly apprehensive as I had a bad experience at a previous lodge. WOW! how can 2 travelodges be so different? Room was clean and welcoming. No whistles and bells but an overall better experience. Staff were happy and friendly and nothing was too much hassle. There is a Toby carvery right next door which did tend to get a bit noisy later in the evening (kicking out time) but nothing that shutting the window didn't block out. WIFI was spot on with no dropping out allowing me to work. Shower, although not powerful was 100% better than where I had previously stayed. Really enjoyed my 3 days and would hope that my company will book me back in when I'm here again in 4 weeks.

Beds were slightly too hard for my liking, would be nice to have a hairdryer in the room rather than haveing to go to reception and ask for one. Rooms were lovely and clean Check in was easy Zoe on reception was amazing I phoned the previous day and spoke with her and asked a few questions, I also mentioned that it was my first time staying away on my own, so her knowing that I was nurvouse about staying on my own she made me feel very welcome and even offered to move me to ground floor near the reception. She is a credit to the team and thank you will defently be back.

very poor hotel, had no hot or cold water in room so was unable to have a shower or make tea or coffee in the room, cheaper and more comfortable to sleep in the car than go here again! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Staff indifferent to sorting out the issues

Extremely loud as it nearly main hospital and throughout whole night ambulance cars driving past with sirens. Cleaning staff comes at 1am, also not afraid to slam doors extremely loud Smoking drugs is apparently allowed in this hotel as when I contacted reception she did do a thing about it. Extremely disappointed

I stayed here as it was the most budget friend option in the area, and it was surprisingly lovely for the price. The rooms were clean and quite spacious. The bathroom was clean, reasonably sized and I enjoyed having a shower with a strong pressure. While Travelodge is a budget hotel, it is actually pretty good for what you get.

a bit of a faf to get to and I missed the turn off first time. Walls are so thin on the second floor and the finish is very dated. Last major return must have been 20+ years ago. Staff were great.

We had a lovely stay at the travelodge. Very clean and tidy hotel staff were super helpful especially Zoe who was wonderful and so friendly. The location is perfect and with a Toby carvery, burger King and budgens on your doorstep.

Great staff. Lovely stay. Toby Carvery and Burger King on same site. Great if you would like a alcoholic drink and not drive.

Really need to update this place and look after it. Outside looks like the place is closed. Inside the walls are paper thin and furniture is ancient.

The staff where friendly and helpful The room was clean and everything worked and shower was excellent. However we where on the top floor and the ceiling was low in places so that it was almost impossible to avoid bumping your head on it. The room had no air con and was very hot. The supplied fan worked well and we kept it running all night as the traffic noise was terrible if the windows were lift open

Reception staff were brilliant, very helpful and friendly. Travelodge was very clean and the the rooms comfortable. There was some traffic noise but wasn't too bad considering its location! Also well located for travelling to places around Bournemouth
