We got everything we needed but it was very difficult to find everything and we spent quite a long time trying to find things. There seems to be no sense about where things are put but, if you can find staff they are very helpful.

Awful company to work for. Very clicky and blatent favouritism. The staff are youngsters who obviously don't want to be there and don't give a flying feck about helping customers. As a customer, the amount of times I've stood at self service trying to get an item authorised or tag removed etc, staff are chatting away in their little groups.The staff are to very overworked. The staff deployment structure is poor too. There are quite a few roles unfilled so other members of the team are expected to fill the staffless roles for no extra pay or thanks. Lots of chatting amongst staff, ear phones in etc. There are no structured breaks so staff can go when they want, which more often than not leaves the pallets of stock in the way and a backlog of work. You'll then get spoken down to by an untrained manager who was most likely chucked in a role by the higher authorities as a role filler and didn't get the right training or most likely their pay doesn't reflect their job role but have unrealistic expectation to adhere to. All that for a minimum wage paid job? No thanks. I'd rather get stressed out from a job that pays me enough to stress. Hienous place, hope it burns to the ground.

It?s great they open at 6am as that?s when I finish my hospital shift. Countless cages and workers on the floor, it?s hard to navigate.The bread isn?t fresh it?s yesterday?s, probably have to wait until 7am to get warm bread.I prefer lidls always open on time and bakery is fantastic

Tesco Extra is to go for basic things to buy. Cheaper things will be in a main Tesco with more choice.

A big thank you to the two men in the phones department who fixed a tricky problem on my phone. I'll continue to use Tesco for phone purchases and contracts for my family.Thanks also to the woman at customer service who went the extra mile to make sure I knew where my taxi would pick me up. All three staff were so willing and happy to help.

I am proud to have been part of one of Tesco?s top performing stores for three months. While I initially found it a bit challenging to navigate the workflow, some official at the store helped me. Through my own efforts and learning, I gained valuable experience and worked efficiently during my time at Tesco. Terribly run! Managers are a complete disgrace, showing a bias towards white employees and being dismissive of black employees and their grievances, with awful consequences.

Shocking service!! The staff on self checkout take forever to come and help you have age restricted items you have to wave them over so whats the point in the big flashing red light above the till?! Huge waiting time at the cafe with 1 person behind the till serving people and making the drinks...just to pay over £4 for a ham and cheese toastie which has 1 tiny slice of ham and such a small amount of cheese you can barley see it!

Queues at the tills have become far too long and no staff being called to help. The shopping experience has deteriorated so much since the 'personal shopers' arrived, it's now a battle to get down aisles and take food from shelves with countless industrial size shopping trolleys in the way at every turn, while groups of staff mull around complaining between themselves that they've been asked to tidy shelves, oblivious to the customers trying to shop. I assume Tesco want everyone to shop online and not visit the stores, I'll just switch to another supermarket until Tesco puts the customer first again.

I shop at various different stores, but you need to check out Tesco for daily discounts as they do have good ones, especially if you have a club card or price match. Generally they have a good choice of products but lately I have noticed fewer on the shelves. They do a crafty move by putting more of the same products on the shelf to make it look like it's full. However, most of the different stores are doing it, hence why I use different stores.

On Thursday 5 weeks ago in June at between 3.30-4.30 after requesting a polite purchase by the kiosk I was responded with this in a demeaning manor "did your grandma ask you to buy this?" Then then second week at the same time "so your grandma again asked wanted you to buy this?" Then the third time the same creepy woman said with contempt "we shouldn't serve you" I was hurt upset and distressed by her bullying, the mean member of staff my closest description is about middle aged medium tall height on the overweight side in her 60s or so.
