i know we are in the cost of living crisis but we didn?t even get to pick our own salad?????? the best part of getting a subway is picking that salad you want in ur subway! my friend was very disappointed that she didn?t get olives in her sub? she didn?t even get to pick her own bread!

I recently visited the Houldenhurst Subway location and was really impressed with my experience. The restaurant had a nice and welcoming atmosphere, and the food was absolutely delicious. Additionally, the service I received from the staff was outstanding - everyone was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a delicious meal in a comfortable setting

My visit to Subway in Holdenhurst road in the afternoon today made me disappointed by an incident where the employee who served me failed to adhere to proper food handling procedures and cross-contaminated my vegetarian sandwich with ham. Despite my explaining that I was a vegetarian he used the same patty which got cross contaminated saying that he don?t have anymore. And declined to provide a refund when I expressed my dissatisfaction. This experience left me feeling disappointed and let down by Subway's customer service.

If you want to wait 33minutes for 2 sandwiches then this is your place!The guy preparing the food was really taking his time even after we told him we need to catch a bus to London and we have limited time.

Customer service quite poor,nobody seems to know what they are doing, when I mentioned being overcharged, the cashier at the till just ignored me and didn't bother to fix his mistake.

Love subway, nothing really changes that much, the new chicken Nacho thing is not wonderful, i think they could do with something really flavourful so i don't have to chuck jalapenos on everything!
