After a 5 year love/hate relationship with my moon boots (they hurt!) I finally decided to end things with them.I've always wanted to have my very own pair of Buffalo Trainers so I looked online, saw they were in the Bournemouth Store and headed over.The staff member who helped me was absolutely amazing. He found them in my size and stayed close to make sure I was happy with the fit, let me wear them and disposed of the shoe box and found me a bag to carry my other shoes.He was very understanding of my disappointment of my old shoes, it meant a lot.I don't know if it was luck or if he planned it but once I sorted myself out and was ready to pay I didn't have to hobble far on my blistered foot to the till he had open and I was already feeling better with the shoes he helped me get.Thank you for a great shopping experience.

They never respond to phone calls, been ringing them for hours and still on hold. There are usually 3 kids (staff) on floor they usually spend the day chatting to each other and not much help to customers. They also tried to sell me damaged display items at full price. Website said stock available, it wasn't, so as a bonus we wasted 2 hours driving and walking plus expenses of travel. Very poor.

Poor quality of service, staff doesn't care much about customers. We travelled down with my bestie to shop, previously checked online for availability where it said they were in stock at Bournemouth (tried to phone too to confirm but they just put you on hold for hours and hang up on you every time). Funnily item wasn't available in shop apart from a damaged, scratched display pair, so we just wasted money and hours on travelling for nothing. They tried to sell said damaged display item at full price to us, what a shame. After coming home we find out on website that they always sell ex display items at reduced price! Feel let down and never going to get back our time and money that gone wasted because of their dishonest and unreliable service. Could have given 0 star

Can't give less than one star ordered a pair of trainers on click and collect took payment then sent email saying they had none in stock went in-store they had 2 pairs staff were useless

Ordered my shoes on line then came into store to collect, unfortunately they hadn't arrived.Thankfully Jonha helped me source the same pair from another store to ensure I had them in time for my trip away.Thank you!It was the very end of the day, a time when we all want to get home asap but he still went out of his way to ensure I had my trainers first thing.

I visited the Commercial Road store today and one of the staff said hello and after I replied the greeting she looked at me and said "are you here to escape the rain"?. It is so sad to still see people judging others by their's appearance or the way they looks. She assumed I was in the store to avoid the rain when it wasn t't raining outside anymore and was there to purchase. Some people still don't know how words can impact others feelings and change their mood. Walked out to Sport direct opposite the road and was completely different services.

Nice tented area.. raining but well covered.. had nice beer and my wife good glass wine. Excellent service even biscuits and water for my dog.No food this time but previously very nice fish and chips and likewise takeaway Sunday Roasts excellent. Can't wait til they let us inside!!
