Came in on Feb 3rd to renew my passport. Super efficient service enabled the online form to go, along with photo take in the post office. Feb 12th, I have a note to say it will be delivered tomorrow. This is well within the 3 weeks quoted so thank you Landsdowne Post Office for taking the stress away from the whole process. And thoroughly nice people as well!

Went to the post office on a Saturday morning, to do my husband's passport with the digital service. The gentleman who served us was polite and very efficient. A great service and the new passport was with us in eleven days! Thank you Lansdowne Post Office.

Is the post office that is closer to my house. But quality service the ladies that are attending customers are rude, gross and grumpy! I would say that they?re a bunch of old racist women?s that are tired of doing the same job for over twenty years. If you?re not happy with your job anymore just quit! Don?t make customers feel like trash!The one with black hair and arm tattoos is awful!Today they open late! They are supposed to open at 8:30 am it?s was 8:40 and people waiting for the majestic to open! And have the guts to say remove your helmet! You?re are employees and you are not following the rules and policies how you can enforce anything!?

I visited this post office a few times in the past. Its employees are kind, helpful and professional. They provided me with an outstanding service and also provided me with useful information about Royal Mail services. Waiting time was short.

I tried to send a letter to time to DVLA but they kept them untill the data of expire. Than I went to the office and asked about my letters and they just gave them back to me without any explanation. The worst post office around Bournemouth

Absolutely DISGUSTING customer service from the lady with the short black hair. Such an attitude so rude and not helpful in the slightest. Shouting at me as i left the shop with my 2 year old child. Just HORRIBLE

Worst postal agency ever! I went there to send my wife's and mine 23andme DNA test kits. The lab never received it! I will never set my feet there again!

I visited the post office on Wednesday 25/1/22 to renew my driving licence the staff were excellent very friendly and helpful, i was in and out in under 5 minutes. just brilliant a big thank you.

I visited on a Wednesday afternoon when it was quiet, in fact there were no other customers in there. They offer a driving licence renewal service where you give them your renewal letter, go into a photo booth, they take your picture, you sign an electronic pad, give them your old licence and some money and that's it - you get your new licence in the post a couple of weeks later without having to fill in any forms.If I had to offer criticism it would be that there was a woman guarding the single doorway like a bouncer, which seems inappropriate in an age of social distancing. I shouldn't deduct a star though since it was unclear if she even worked there.

The staff aren't very knowledgeable on their equipment (one member took well over 2 minutes to charge my card??) and postage services. They have previously incorrectly recommend postage services, which would have cost me more to use, but were the same speed as the cheaper option.
