HAS ANYONE NOTICED JUST HOW MANY?? ONE STAR NEGATIVE REVIEWS THESE JOKERS ARE RECEIVING NATIONALLY!!\\n?NAT WEST? UNDOUBTABLY THEE WORST BANKING FACILITIES IN THE UNITED KINGDOM!!\\nand here?s an example why :\\nphone call made to Nat West Bank asking for assistance locating a cheque. waited in the queue for 32 minutes for customer services to answer!!.. and after already identifying your self with thee automated system.. you are then forced to identify your self all over again ?if you want to proceed? Wow!!\\neventually was asked how much was cheque i was trying to locate, i explained ?£120.00? written last year then i was asked again how much it was , i repeated ?£120.00? so she repeated back to me ?£130.00? , i repeated ?no? and once again i reiterated ?1? ?2? ?0? ?Pounds? , then she asked me Once Again! ?when was cheque written , once ?Again? i repeated ?last year? her last words were ?just checking one second? and then after another 18 minutes on the phone SHE HUNG UP!!! **WE DID NOT GET CUT OFF - SHE ACTUALLY HUNGUP!!** WE HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED COMPENSATION FROM THIS USELESS BANK TWICE BEFORE AFTER INVESTIGATIONS FOUND OUR COMPLAINTS WERE JUSTIFIED!!\\nBUT THEY NEVER LEARN OR IMPROVE!! \\u003e RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL INCOMPETENT BANK. WE RECOMMEND ALL WHO HAVE ACCOUNTS WITH THESE JOKERS TO RELOCATE THEIR FINANCES ELSEWHERE JUST AS WE ARE!!! unsurprisingly! they even seem incapable of adding their own name ?Nat West Bank? to Google Map searches!!! and all any one can identify Nat West Bank Bournemouth by is simply ?Bournemouth? no mention of any Bank Name?? incompetent JOKERS

Seldom any tills open, when they are staff are so busy trying to sell products to the customer they have just served the queue just gets longer. Lots of staff with tablets trying to get you to use the machines.Dreadful standard of service

Absolutely disgusting. Go in to use the teller and told to come back after an hour, when the appointment has been booked by the one bloke dealing with the queue. Where are the easy pay in at the till days gone. This branch is always busy because all the other local branches have been closed. Government wants us all to be numbers and banks are going along with it. Awful service.

It's a poor rather conceited atmosphere, in a business that seems intent on having humans replaced by machines. Some of us do not want digital currency or the inhuman AI world that corporations can't wait to unleash. I feel sorry for the staff who seem lost without a desk to stand behind and just wander around like salesmen and women trying to push some new deal on customers who just want the good old days

Feels like the Lidl/Aldi of banking. Just get pointed to where to go. No smiling or friendly attitude. Very long queues. Feels cold and a horrible place to work. There was one banker who was nice to me, however I have closed my account and no incentives will make me want to return. Change your front of house staff.

Sadly I can't give zero stars. Nat West staff are rude at best and thoroughly incompetent at worst. Thery have closed my account without warning and I cannot access my account. There is zero humanity for a recently insolvent, disabled woman on her own. I cannot even see my account far less access my benefit to pay my rent. Furious and disappointed doesn't cover it...

Unbelievably poor service. Needed to make a deposit and change my residential address.Waited outside in the queue to get in for nearly an hour, only to be told by the individual at the door that I could either wait a further hour and twenty minutes for someone to come available to speak to (unacceptable due to having to go to work myself), or "do it online or on the app" neither of which functions for me.Now I have to hurry to a branch in another town entirely just to get my most basic of banking tasks done.Worst experience in 15 years with NatWest.

Excellent customer service, minimum waiting to get served, very knowledgeable staff who Go out of their way to help you with your daily Banking, I highly recommend this Bank to everyone, top marks.

Probably the worst bank in England .. if you want anything you have to join a queuing system .. generally one hour plus .. staff are disinterested .. go elsewhere

Horrendous experience again! Two staff standing around playing on an IPad and chatting, whilst I had to wait over thirty minutes to do a fund transfer, with upto twenty other customers also waiting. I imagine most give up and try later. The staff are more interested in promoting a competition then doing anthing that resembled work. Wish I could put zero stars review. Staff should be trained to do all simple banking tasks, not just shrug their shoulders and pass the buck. They just simply don't care! The jeans, trainers and branded jumpers are awful and look very unprofessional.
