We were trying to find some short term temporary homecare for my mother. We had contacted a number of agencies all of whom could not help us. But when I contacted MyHomecare and spoke to the manager she was very quickly able to confirm they could help. The manager then with a colleague (who was the lady that would actually come and provide the care) came to our home and met mum and we agreed the care package whilst we went away. A few days before we went away we had another visit from the lady who was to provide the care, to ensure nothing had changed, go through the paperwork and go through the practicalities of where to find things. Whilst we were away things went fine, mum was happy, I actually received a call and text whilst we were away to reassure that everything was going well. So we had a very good experience and have booked MyHomecare again for another short break for us. Costs I believe are in line with the going rate in the area. I would recommend MyHomecare Bournemouth.
