Absolutely terrible, the service was beyond rude. Myself and my siblings are teenagers and we were accused of stealing because they were in the corner of the shop, where the sandwich boxes are. Having to lean over is part of looking at products but according to the staff at this shop that equated to stealing their products. My siblings were outright accused of stealing within minutes of entering the store. We were outraged but still bought the products because they were what we were there for. Unbelievable, I'm in disbelief. The worker in question gave us a cold goodbye as we left to add to the insult.\\nThe products were good though.\\n\\nUpdate: my sister called and got laughed at, the worker apparently 'handled it well' and she would have had the right to tell us to leave. Thank you for your response.

No doubt they sell high quality goods here but you can find many of the same products online for far cheaper. These companies need to become more competitive if they are going to survive on the high street. Increasing sales online to offset the smaller margins made on the high street is what many businesses do which are still trumping on, otherwise I fear they are going to join BHS, Debenhams, Beales and all the other lovely shops.

Effectively an upmarket hardware/kitchen store. Seems to specialise in obscure gadgets that the world has managed without for centuries, selling at very high prices.

Visited for click and collect but item not suitable, so chose something else recommended by very helpful assistant. Nice store not in main Castle Point but still free parking.

This is a company you can trust. Their products are always excellent quality and good value for money. The Lakeland customer service is unsurpassed.
