This lad In jds Bournemouth is a rude prick disrespectful telling me pull down my hoodie when you can see my face in all angles and therre was pll inside with Ballys on there heads and hats on I find this discrimination cause I?m a dwarf and he can?t pick on someone his own size it?s not like I was on my own I was with my 72 year old dad aswell it?s the way he spoke disrespectful

Just wanted to share a recent experience I had. I bought adidas shoes for my son, but unfortunately, he developed a horrible sore on his ankle after wearing them once. When I went back to the JD sport store in Bournemouth, the assistant manager was incredibly rude. They blamed me for buying tight shoes, even though the shoes were actually bigger than my son's feet size. I was really upset with their behavior, it was so unprofessional and rude. If this is how their assistant manager acts, I don't expect any better from the other staff. Definitely won't be going back to that shop again.

I would honestly give this store zero stars if I could but I can't. The cashier was working that shift was very unhonest and is a thief because we gave her a 20 pound note and a 10 pound note , and didnt give us the five pound note back.It's not about the money but it's about the dishonesty and them thinking i'm stupid for not noticing that they didn't give me my five pound note back. Of course, I have noticed. I noticed immediately and called out for a manager and she immediately called her manager because she knew that she was in the wrong for taking the extra five pound but didn't want to admit because it would be embarrassing as there was a few other people in line.The manager did review the footage and said that she couldnt see the money, And I did ask if I could see the footage but she said I couldn't because of consent and other issues. The manager promised that she would call me back once they've counted all the money and saw an extra five pounds but she never called me.The staff are probably covering for that other employee, because they knew that she was out of line, and it would be very embarrassing to admit in front of other people that she was in wrong. This happened yesterday at 15:12 On the receipt is said that we gave a twenty five pounds, but we gave a thirty pounds.At this point I don't care about the money. I just care about them coming clean to their mistakes and admitting that they took an extra five pounds that should've been given back to me but whatever.I wish I could show pictures because I have the picture of the woman who was working at the cashier. But I'll describe her to you in case you ever run with this woman, She had a heavy accent, Asma, She had her hair in a pony tail and had a dirty blonde brunette hair color and could be in her late 30s or much older. I waited a day to receive a phone call from the manager to find that she lied about calling me back just to get me out the store. She has my phone number but never bothered to call.Anyways JD Bournemouth

Very helpful staff took the time to look for the right size shoe to try on even though they were not the right colours. Offered to look online.

Went in there with my daughter today 5 staff walking around talking to each other no help,found some trainers walked up to a member of staff he took the shoe said I'll get them then 10 mins later still waiting someone else walks over to staff with shoes 5 mins later he comes back with theirs,checking my watch 15 mins waiting I complain to member of staff he goes to get him another 5mins later he arrives with them no sorry nothing just hands them to us,20 mins to wait for trainers, no wonder it was empty in there such bad service

Worst customer service, my partner bought adidas trousers for £60 and he didn?t notice that there was a rip, so we went back to the shop to exchange them or get refund, staff kept saying they need to investigate it, witch we were fine with. After a while they said they went to check the camera and said that in camera they can?t see the rip and we should have looked when we bought it. I really do not believe that they would be able to see rip on black trousers, as we asked to see video ourself they refused. And it doesn?t make sense to me, whatsoever. Outrages! Never will go back there!!!

I bought puma shoes from 2 days agoWhen I walk, I hear an annoying sound from a shoeI went to jd bournemouth and explained the defect to them. I wanted to change the shoes because there was a manufacturing error, and replace them with the same color, the same brand, and the same shoes, but they refused to do so.I'm so upset I paid £45 and now I'm wearing defective shoes

Lazy stuff, lying about siezs,found bigger on desplay ,when was told no bigger one .To try 2 pairs of trainers took me over 30 min waiting when in the strore was not too many customers

Worst customer service ever experienced. A blonde manager looked me up and down and laughed in my face, said "I wasnt the one hadling it" when I asked her how come I waited 30 min for a package just to receive nothing.As a manager you are responsible for overseeing the whole store, waiting times, employee attitude, everything... so badly reflecting of the company.
