Took money from account in december for item online which didn't arrive! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER ALL EMAILS IGNORED manager refusing to help as claiming online house of fraser is a seperate company! Please don't be robbed from this company since they were bought out by the sports direct owner the customer service doesn't exist. Will never shop here again thieving scumbags!!!!!!!

The top floor restaurant has some of the best views in Bournemouth and is usually an oasis of calm for your cuppa. The store itself sells high quality brands of clothing, cosmetics and housewares. Oh, and there's a super card/stationery place tucked away on the ground floor.

Haven't explored so much but it's a nice place like all other places in the town center. Lots of shops and places where get food and not expensive products so.. worth I would like to give it 5 but I need explore more

What's not to like about the house of Fraser. It has been in Bournemouth for as long as I can remember. A department store on several levels. Merchandise is well posted around on signs on walls & ceilings. They have an elevator to all floors. They sell all kinds of goods. Men's department is my favourite, the clothes are of the best quality. You will pay a little extra, believe me, its well worth it it. They have a well stocked house hold department level from goods for the kitchen to your Technology needs. House of Fraser is, I can safely say, one of the most popular departmental stores in Bournemouth.

A department store at its best. Characterful building with old style lift. Extensive high quality menswear department. Perfume section had great choice, and the staff gave good old-fashioned service.

Great shop, great choice of merchandise, convenient for picking up online shopping. Cannot believe it is going to close. We still need department stores like these , they have everything under one roof good quality.

Love it ! Love it ! Cannot get my head round the fact that these beautiful buildings may be closed , and go to rot . WHERE are people like me going to buy clothes of quality ?? It's an experience for us . We don't shop on line and LOTS of us don't either. Where are we going to get our kicks ? On line is BORING !!
