Found staff friendly but was repeatedly given false information such as mortgage offer still being valid when it was actually not and hadn?t been for a while. Would not have put an offer on a house knowing this as it caused unnecessary stress and subsequently went through a different lender which was much easier.

I been told with wrong information by branch manager cause they were busy and she wanted to get rid off me. She said that I have to wait 24 hours to make a request on my mobile app but it wasn't correct answer.

Its a lovely branch with very helpful staff. Personal approach and they are different from any other banks on a highstreet. More than happy with this bank. Highly recommend.
