Received my first dress today, nicely packaged,, which arrived less than 24 hours after I placed the order on the website. The dress is gorgeous and I couldn't be happier with the speedy service. Will be ordering another dress from Fab Frocks this week!

Fab Frocks have delivered the most exceptional customer service that I have experienced in a very long time.\\nI was attending a New Years event that I did not realise was black tie. I found a few dresses with Fab Frocks that I hoped would be suitable - just a few days before I was due to attend the event!\\nUpon purchasing, I left a note asking whether express delivery could be organised, or whether I could potentially pick up the dresses.\\nI had a call the following morning from Maggie, who was determined to help me and she offered to hand deliver the dresses to my door! Luckily for me, Maggie lived locally, so please be aware this is probably not a usual or promised service. However, I was so impressed (and very appreciative) that she took the time to check my location to assess all possible avenues to ensure I was suitably dressed for my event.\\nI cannot thank Maggie enough for her help and a huge thank you to Steve also, who's correspondence has been timely and informative.\\nWhat a genuine and brilliant company.

Excellent service here. I phoned ahead as we had some specific requirements and I was not only listened to and understood, the Steve (I think!) phoned me back with some further suggestions. On the day, Lin the assistant was so lovely and helpful, and really took into account our requirements. My daughter's dress was really stunning, it was a struggle to pick one. It's my second time buying a prom dress here and if either of my boys ever want a prom dress, I will bring them too!

I visited with my mum and nan as they wanted to try and find dresses for my wedding in April. Stuart and Lyn were brilliant and incredibly knowledgeable. My mum was also running very late and they were completely understanding and that it was fine as they were the last appointment so they could extend it if necessary. Well my mum knew what she wanted and Lyn just let her roll with it. My nan not so sure but Lyn and Stuart were very patient not rushing her and no pressure to choose that day. They made an excellent team and now my mother in law and her mum might be persuaded to travel from Yeovil to visit them. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience?

I bought 3 face masks in sealed bags yesterday, when I got home I took one out of the bag and it did not have the nose strip and the pocket for the filter (2 included) was far too small to fit any filter in so basically not fit for purpose! I took the masks back to the shop today and requested a refund which was denied ?because of the nature of the product?. It is obvious none had been worn and they are in sealed packets! So I have wasted £29.85! Appalling customer service and attitude. Definitely do not buy one of their masks!

Appalling Customer Service My wife purchased a dress from here late on Saturday afternoon, that looks very different away from the store lighting, not a fresh taupe colour but quite grubby grey. I took it back to the store 5 working hours later for a refund and was told that there is a "no refund" policy. The owner took great pride in telling me that this policy is shown everywhere. Actually it is in two places; firstly on the bottom of the receipt which they actually print out from their till, fold it and put it in a cardboard envelope before giving to you (doesn't that mean you have already purchased it???) and secondly on a sticker in the changing rooms which my wife didn't see as there were loads of clothes, scarves and accessories hanging over it. (Not hers). At no point when my wife handed over her card to pay did they mention it either; this feels like they have proactively hidden their no return "policy" and we feel conned! Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced and now they have the money, they don't give a damm. We will never shop here again and the only recommendation I can make is to stay away!
