I purchased some Nytol thursday 14th, not reading the ingredients on purchase day but then in the evening realizing that they contain lactose and unfortunately for me I am lactose tolerance. So tried to get a refund friday 15th and they would not refund me, the box was untouched un opened ?”

“The five stars is for the security guard who bought it to my attention I had an item that was tagged and that every shop I would visit I would beep. He kindly took the tag off for me and was super friendly. Then I went to the Nars counter and came across the most beautiful girl who was only to happy to help me find the right shade of foundation. She was actively listening, heard my cry for help and totally zoned in to help me find the right product. She then led me to the Dior counter where I was introduced to another lady who with no hesitation was happy to help. And very kindly gave me some samples. They both just oozed good energy. “With only a few days until I was due to depart to the Red Sea on a diving trip I was told that by a supplier in London that my Nauticam flotation arms could not be delivered in time. In a panic I contacted Underwater Visions who not only had the part in stock, but could get them to me in time. The courtesy and quality of service was second to none. From now on I will be purchasing all my Nauticam gear from Underwater Visions Ltd, and I suggest you do the same. Just in case you're wondering I don't have anything to do with this business!!”
