Always a top experience in this store, recently brought a large top of the range TV and the assistant who helped us was pretty amazing. Excellent customer service. Walked out feeling really looked after and they even found me deals and discounts! The gentleman even helped us load said TV into the back of my car with laughs and nothing was too much hassle.

I wanted to buy a laptop but they did not have the one on stock I chose. But the guy was incredibly helpful, went through on the online order process with me, helped to choose the perfect laptop for me. So greatful! I wish I'd managed to catch his name.

We just went to Currys to check the offer, we knew what we wanted but luckily the advisor by the door (possibly the manager), kindly explained what we may expect if we buy the chosen item. He asked one of the female member of staff to help us with the right choice and she couldn't do more ,as she answered all our questions, being very polite and totally relaxed. Good customer service, and way better that the branch in Poole.Highly recommended place with a good knowledge and skills of the young lady. Shame we didn't ask for her name. Sunday afternoon staff.

Loved that the staff asked if you needed help but didn't pester you when you wanted to browse yourself. Max dealt with our washing machine order swiftly and politely. Thanks Max.

While there was plenty on show, when we asked for some help the store assistant said No, laughed and walked out back. Then another unprofessionally told us they were closed, had no warning they were closing. Poor customer service. Let's hope the poole store are better with customers.

Me and My partner have just been into store to upgrade our phone and the girl who looked after us ( Lydia possibly ) didn't know what she was doing and quoted us £180 to upgrade the phone when in fact it was £40 ( later told by vodaphone ) however they carried out a 2 credit checks without consent or letting us know and has affected Credit score due to incorrectly inputting information ans we now have to dispute the credit decline due to there incompetence. i would appreciate it if a manager would contact us back.

Purchased a new TV yesterday and the staff were brilliant at helping me find exactly what I needed. Not only did I get the tv price matched to make it cheaper, Glen the store manager went above and beyond when the TV wouldn?t fit in my car, a few minutes before the shop closed, to personally drop the TV off at my house. He even let me ride passenger to make sure everything was safe whilst my girlfriend drove the car home. Really appreciate the fantastic service.

Staff utterly incompetent. Customer service woeful at best. I witnessed the sales person rip-off 2 old ladies by £180 by declaring the price was actually £535 rather than £355 as they were finishing buying it because he got the price wrong with his dyslexia. The buying advice and delivery guidance I received was wrong and I ended up having an additional nightmare as their telephone customer service then also couldn't assist as their systems were down! I thought I would give them another chance after poor service years ago. I really shouldn't have as it was actually worse! I will never buy from Currys ever gain!

We took back a newly bought laptop which was exchanged for a new one as it was faulty, the waiting time could be better as they could do with more staff, however once we got to see someone the problem was resolved quickly and efficiently.We also went in before Xmas and they were very helpful with the information we wanted.Great store very Friday and helpful.

Brought a washing machine, took 6 weeks until delivery!! Ridiculous. Gone are the days of just buying something from here. Tbf the guys keeping me informed each week that it?s not ready yet, but coming soon. Once the machine was ready to be delivered, all was done well and smooth. Cannot blame the staff for this. Just crazy how a big company can take 6 weeks to get to us. We could have picked it up ourselves in store. But none was available. This is not how it works anymore.Last year in poole one, brought an electric scooter. The staff in this store were clueless and useless. The price in front of us said one thing, the one online was cheaper. Had to have a full on row to get it at the correct price. Last week we wanted a dishwasher, couldn?t find one to just go in and buy! Online again, with 10 days until delivery. Such a shame. I used to love this company and always used them! Now given up. Brought it same day, same brand and price at family store in Wimborne. Won?t be using curry for white goods or expensive items again. Take my cash elsewhere

I bought a basic printer from the Castkepoint Mallard road store. I was charged £79 oddbut it should have been £45 99 as I discovered later in the Poole branch PC World store. exact same HP Envy 4100 series.Well I got ripped off there and I cant get to the store, there is no phone number listed to contact the Castlepoint staffthis is shocking

Lucked out completely and met a very helpful and knowledgeable chap who was wearing a name badge that said Alex. I've not bothered with Curry's for a while because I've been fobbed off, ignored or snubbed by the staff when asking for help, but I took my disabled friend who has some more specific needs and considerations and we were so impressed with the patience and helpfulness of this employee that I will definitely be shopping in this store again if I need something.

Quite honestly the frustration I am experiencing is absolutely dismal! I went to Mallard Rd today to be informed no AF 400 Ninja duals are available there but was told by Jack Poole had 38 & specially asked him to assure me one so to put one by which he stated he had. So off too Poole I go to be told by that shop they haven't had any for the last month & database is wrong. U can imagine my complete displeasure, waste of time,effort & petrol & still no further on than I was yesterday. Perhaps indulging in facts & better customer service without palming people off will ensure you receive better stars! How do I get hold of the complaints dept please? Or better still be able to acquire the product they assured me would be there?
