The store manager and the other employees are very kind, friendly and hardworking persons. They deserve five stars. Unfortunately, the company?s managers don?t.I applied for a job as repair technician at this store in late February. The operations manager, who is the store manager?s boss, contacted a few hours after receiving my application. Afterward, the store manager interviewed me by phone. I visited the store for a work trial in early March. The store manager, who is a humble and kind person, wanted to hire me. Additionally, the store needed my help since it has a lot of devices to repair. After the work trial, I expected to receive an email from the operations manager, but he failed to contact me. When I applied for this job, I had already a job. I would have been happy to leave my job to work as repair technician at this store.I contacted the operations manager in late June to notify him that I was available to work as repair technician at this store. He decided to advertise the job again and, as a result, I applied. When applying, I enclosed a cover letter to my CV. In the cover letter, I clearly stated that I improved in phone repairs as I have intensively trained in microsoldering. Consequently, I improved a lot since the work trial in March. I also stated that I was available to work on Saturdays if the need arose. Replacing phone screens, batteries and repairing PCs or consoles is very easy for me.The operations manager viewed my application three weeks after applying. He notified me that he would not progress my application last Sunday. I ask myself why he viewed my application on Sunday. Managers do not work on Sundays. It is evident that the operations manager is a ridiculous, unprofessional and incompetent person. His behaviour is utterly illogical. The person who gave him this job must be negligent. Even a child would behave professionally. He advertises a job, but, in reality, he does not want to hire technicians. I ask myself why he behaves this way. I am sure I am the only person who applied for this job. I would have loved to work as repair technician at this store. It was a pleasure to meet the store manager and the other employees.

Excellent service, staff was extremely friendly went in with a complaint and came out happy and successfully purchasing the phone I was looking for after the employee had looked for 20 minutes to find it for me, definitely deserves a pay rise. I'll definitely be returning to this store for more

As always, I just pop in store and get my daily dose of anime, great friendly staff, fantastic surroundings of much entertainment and like minded customers/ staff. Just like heaven but on earth.There was a slight problem, they sold me a wrong region blu ray ( region A) but instantly got resolved at another cex.

Great after sale serviceGot my daughter an iPhone at this shop for Christmas . Not a scratch and exactly the one she wanted. Only thing she found was the back bottom on the corner of the phone wasn't working. Took the phone back one month later and staff was so nice , replace the screen in no time. Daughter is super happy ! Thank you CeX
