Absolutely appalling customer service. Went to pick up a bed, we were on a time limit, and as soon as it was paid for not one member of staff helped us dismantle the bed or get it to our van. I dismantled the bed myself while the man that was supposed to help us disappeared and then we carried the bed out the store ourselves only to see the man serving other people. The bed also had more damage than was stated but as we had paid for it he told us it was tough. The woman who served us and took our money lied to us then lied about us in front of us. I will not be going here again, stick to my local store. Not even worth one star.

Awful company - sell carpets that aren't in stock and then lie and lie and lie about when they will be delivered. I'm unable to sell my home and move into my new home because I've no idea when, if ever, Carpetright will deliver the carpets I've already paid for.
