Always used BHF Winton as have great service and affordable goods. I bought a mattress for £85 and it cost me £45 to get it delivered. Delivery cost has doubled in price. Will lose a lot of customers! Head office decision will heads!

I get a double bed from this store missing pieces and no holes in the base so I went back to the store to talk to someone about it and to get told can't do a thing about and can't get a double bed out to you till Friday it is not good so asked for are money and delivery money back so we got it back and still no bed but I get one frm someone n I not shop in British heart foundation shop no more for beds I would say to anybody buying a bed from the is store do not as pieces be missing

We have taken a lot of really nice stuff over to this shop.without any problems until this Monday when we took over a chest of drawers and the chap helping with taking furniture in refund the helped offer to help with the chest of drawers and he insisted on using his sack trucks and he scratched all the top of it.

Hi, I just wanna share my experience which was utterly enjoyable from beginning to end. Whilst we were there we saw the team led by Tracey and her team work so hard moving big heavy items constantly answering calls all the while of course being attentive to customer shop enquiries and sales! They all provided an A* service were friendly and efficient. I find it hard now to look anywhere else for my used goods knowing this provides funds for valuable research and keeps our high streets alive with true community spirit. Thank you guys we will be back !

Staff need training in telephone etiquette and customer services.Called the shop several times this morning and eventually they answered it only to have the phone put down on me when I enquired about piece of furniture on display in the shop window.

absolutely appalled with this shop as was in there today with my mum who has only just been able to go into shops and we where in there for 10mins and a man came over and sed to her "have you got a mask?" (she was wearing a exempt lanyard!!) so she sed no I'm exempt, he then looked at the card bit on it and sed well why are you exempt!!!! I then interrupted and said come on mum we are leaving!!!! he could clearly see she was exempt!!!! just plain rude!!!

Bought a fridge and freezer. Paid 90 quid for each. Freezer went back as wasn't working and was replaced but only after paying for another one did they refund original once confirmed broken. And fridge broke after 3 months. Found out it was 20 years old! Unhelpful. Poor quality and all supposedly tested. Rip off even for charity. Steer clear!
