Always so busy, and always a sign saying short staffed...so get more staff! Even when you go in a few days after they have a prescription you still end up waiting ages for them to put it together.

I called and answered in 1 second. The person in the other line . Very lovely and polite answer my question were l realised l called to the wrong pharmacy asking her to book my prescription. Sorry for this, mistake, because. Boscombe doesn?t work the phone number.

So busy. A sign says they're short-staffed, though none looked that short.The poor lady trying to man the front desk must be utterly knackered after a day's work, running around, queue snaking out the door & up the steps.BOOTS head office! put more bloody front counter space & staff in, you idiots!

this has to be the worst chemist! They have messed up my daughters repeat prescription so many times now I am fuming and can you call them to discuss what is going in ...no they never pick up the phone and to visit to talk to them you have to queue for half an hour!! It is too small for the amount of patients. They have left my daughter dangerously low of her meds so many times as they dont order in time and now we repeat ever 3 weeks instead of 4 to give us some leeway for them to get it and because they mess us i know I have a week to chase it and order what we need in time when they forget to order!! But some smart prat has decided to take it upon themselves to change it to every 8 weeks!! Saying she has enough - they only did this on her taking her meds once and day not the twice she does!!!!!! So once again doing a urgent repeat through the doctors!!!!

It is extremely annoying that neither on Google nor even on the official Boots website the correct opening hours are shown. Result: A 25 minute walk to pick up a repeat prescription only to have the door locked at precisely 13:00 in front of one with the words 'We are shutting now for lunch'.

Worst pharmacy ever. Only one person allowed in, with only one chemist per person so you have to queue outside for at least 30 minutes before getting inside; and that?s where you might need to wait another 20 minutes for them to prepare your prescription. The service keeps declining over the years.
