Sometimes they don't have drugs in stock even though I get the same things each month.Was shocked when a member of staff used my first name to talk to me , very rude it's Sir or Mr when you address someone you don't know.

Boots in Westbourne is ridiculously cool - small - but imagine the best of all the ranges. My favourite part - the staff are just gorgeous - they have the radar for locals, mega cool banter with anyone and just do 5* approachable/honest. Love this place *****
