Spent a bit of time trying to find what I was looking for,found a shop assistant and asked her where I would find the item,she then said that she would go and find out for me,she then left and we never saw her again,in the end we were left to find what we wanted on our own,other staff seemed to be a lot more helpful

Great place if you want to queue up for 20 mins to buy something from the one person dispensing behind the counter medicines and prescriptions, along with multiple drug addicts getting their daily "medicines". I was 3rd in the queue and some were getting fairly jumpy after that wait.

I think its terrible that they don't refund on medicines. I purchased some Nytol thursday 14th, not reading the ingredients on purchase day but then in the evening realizing that they contain lactose and unfortunately for me I am lactose tolerance. So tried to get a refund friday 15th and they would not refund me, the box was untouched un opened ?
