For the last 12 months I've noticed that they literally never pick up the phone and just disconnect the call after about 45 seconds. I mean I have been calling all day whilst at work to see if they have a medication in stock. I've called for hours at a time over and over previously on several occasions. When wanting to check if something like medication is in stock or if a prescription is ready, without having to make several wasted trips, telephone is literally the only option. Never used to have this issue 2 years ago, so initially I thought it perhaps was a one off due to being busy but have now realized that they either have disconnected the phone or just simply ignore it. Not one single time in the last 12 months have I managed to speak to someone on the phone. When they randomly close at all hours of the day and there's national medicine shortages,.it isn't a lot to ask for someone to answer the phone before everyone has to waste a journey going there and queing up to find out they don't have it in stock.

Unprofessional personnel! I have used their service for a year and is enough for me. On every single visit, they lost my medicines, they could not find my details and prescription. Jesus, please employ someone with better competencies!

Staff try their best, but it's clearly under-resourced, usually have to wait quite a while to get served. Processes seem very manual - rummaging through drawers of prescriptions to find mine. Situated in a busy part of the store, with lots of people constantly walking past, which makes it difficult to queue, you often have to stand outside, making way for people either side to pass. Hopefully they can improve, and relocate the site somewhere quieter, eg where the clothes are currently situated, not in the full thoroughfare. And add more staff so service is quicker.

Just bad? 2 times I?ve been there for the past 18 months, first time they did not have the medicine they had made me waiting for for 20 mins while they were looking for it.Second time, 5 people in front of me in the queue, 10 mins goes by then my turn, was told to wait 5-10 mins for the prescription being ready. Many people had come and gone when after an other 25 mins I went over to the counter and interrupted the 2 pharmacists who were talking about their private life, asking them where my meds were. I was asked what I was waiting for, when the lady who I initially talked to goes like: ?she is waiting for her prescription, it?s probably ready on the shelf?. Then the other pharmacist turns around and takes it off of the shelf? you cannot imagine how ignored I felt, I wouldn?t even treat my pets this way, not even talking about a human being. No apology, no goodbye?Well, it is a GOODBYE from me Asda Bournemouth!!!

This is THE WORST pharmacy ever.To collect prescription -3 visits3 times in the queue -all together nearly 2h.Horrible and slow service - people who's working there - they don't know what's going on ,also they been late from lunch break about over 10 minutes- wchich create massive queue.

Whay are they Randomley closed during the day and ALWAYSitemes are missing that have been pescribed, its concerning that they dont check what they are supplying.

Come to this pharmacy, where time moves so slowly, it actually goes backwards. Avoid, change your pharmacy, as I did in the queue, after waiting for about 30 minutes to pick something up

Absolutely worst pharmacy. Never answer the phone, I end up driving down to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription and half the time it isn?t even there. Staff are slow and get confused between different prescriptions and can?t ever find the right one.

Multiple times this pharmacy has given me missing medication. It?s constantly closed and also the slowest staff possible. The queue wait is always at least 20 minutes long. I now have to deal with the withdrawals from my medication because this pharmacy has shut 2 hours early AGAIN. One time I waited over an hour in the queue because they randomly shut for 3 hours in the day, leading to a large amount of people waiting for medication, only for them to give me a bag with missing medication. They need to sort themselves out. I will be changing pharmacies.

Great when ordering over phone but abysmal service to pick up. Chaotic service, queues out of the door. Staff rude and not knowing what is going on. Would not use again.

4 trips over 45 minutes of queueing finally I get the medicine I should have had 3 days ago when the prescription was sent. Maybe if they had offered a call back the 1st time rather than the 3rd trip.Rather than just saying come back tomo then come back monday and even then still not having it till I got home then the guy calls, I may have done 2 stars. But grumpy staff really helps improve any situation.

very poor customer service. i went in to collect my prescription and waited 20 mins for it to go through, which is fine as i did some shopping whilst i waited. i then went to collect it and was told i had to pay as i am 19. however i?m a University student so i didn?t realise this. the two ladies on the front desk did not give me any option. however this lady from the back did help and said i might be able to apply for free prescriptions. the two ladies didn?t tell me this. very poor communication from the staff. always grumpy, especially the lady with short hair and the young girl with long hair. They need to learn customer skills and how to speak politely towards people! This wasn?t just me they were speaking to like this either, they were doing it with multiple customers!!!!
