Had a disappointing lunch here today - around £5 for small piece of cheesy garlic bread, my partner had curry that was exactly like a supermarket curry / rice and naan. I had a club sandwich and the first bite I had a piece of bone/cartilage or similar in the chicken and it really put me off , I only really ate the bread.... read full comment

Totally spoilt with the constant influx of dogs. Not assistant dogs just pets. Awful, and i like dogs in the right
Open all day, every day the Eastgate Cafe and Brasserie is idyllically situated next to the River Tavy. There is a large outdoor terrace alongside the River which is a must during the summer. Inside, the restaurant is light, bright and modern but has a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
We pride ourselves on delivering high quality, homemade food using the best local produce. The menu is extensive but does not compromise on quality. The full menu is offered all day, 7 days a week. There is also a daily specials blackboard to tempt you. We also have delicious home-made cakes and the cream teas are hard to resist!
