Great staff, but very limited produce. No locally produced food, mostly processed, sadly.

Turned up here although it should have been open, she had closed it while she was restocking, absolutely pouring down, waited 15 mins still not open, in the time we waited another 6 people turned up, each person annoyed she obviously doesn't want people's money.

A great little shop! A bit like a tardis, you can buy just about anything in it. Local fresh produce, an off license section, hot pasties to take away, a superb card selection. Oh, and a Post Office too!

Went in there today to buy a bottle of water as extremely hot today! Extremely rude lady at the counter told me I could not bring my bike inside. I didn?t have a lock with me and didn?t feel comfortable leaving it outside. A perfectly clean bike I might add, and as I put it to one side inside the store the rude lady kept insisting I could not bring it inside. All I wanted was to buy some water. The customers inside the store could not believe how I was being treated either. It goes without saying I will never go inside those store again. Luckily the extremely nice service at the coffee shop did allow me to get some water

Good shop for a village store , got a great pasty for £1.00 as they were selling up the leftovers. I would willingly have paid full price normally. ??

Superb local store with a post office inside. Large variety of produce and general day to day items. Also, if you're walking on the moor, or camping , it's got all the basics. Friendly staff too.
