When you are prescribed medication by your GP as you are unwell to find Well closed at 5:30, opening hours state 6pm. Used to be a good normal branch these days it?s all over the place.

Website says you're open. Came up for a prescription at 3pm and you are closed. I knew you shut for lunch from 1 to 2pm. Now I'm stuck until Monday. This prescription was supposed to start Saturday pm.

Yes they are busy,understaffed probably,but they are going their best.Abuse is not needed or exceptable.The surgery phone my order through yesterday as my wife meds had run out,collect this afternoon.THAT IS WHAT I CALL SERVICE.

Didn't have my sons milk in stock even though I ordered it in advance, wasn't even informed it was in stock. Not very good service when babies rely on this with allergies.

Shocking service AGAIN from this pharmacy.Had a prescription for 8 days for an 85 year old. Told ready today. Waited 20 minutes to be told they didn't have the size and to take it back to the surgery.The pharmacy should have contacted the surgery last week and asked for an alternative.The WELL Pharmacy group really need to check this store out and get them organised - bad customer service.

Ordered my prescription in the week so I can collect on Saturday as I work away, when I phoned to see if it was ready no one answered... I tried four times and it just kept ringing.... Then I got cut off. So I drove down to collect only to find that it had been sent off to the main hub to be made up... And that if I had of called first they could have saved me a journey ?. I do hope someone is reading this within the company, things need to change as this is not the first time it has happened. .
